Boston Real Estate Bubble Map
from Platial News & Neogeography:
Bill Wendel, founder of the Real Estate Cafe and author of the blog Counter Intelligence has started a very interesting new project using Platial. He started by mapping about 250 homes in the Greater Boston area which had sold for below their assessed value during the months of April and May of this year. The map is called The Real Estate Bubble Map: Boston
He's posted it on his blog, asking people to do the same in other markets across the country. His project has been linked to by the New York Times Real Estate Blog, among others. It'll be very interesting to watch this project develop.
